Great Interveiws

* Flexibility
-If your interview steers in a whole new direction, be flexibly and slowly direct it back. You might not get the 100% answer you might have wanted but being flexibly with make your interview go more smoothly.

*Conversational Interviews
-Try to have the interview be more like a conversation or story like, not so much scripted. When your just reading off questions from a paper and getting short answers there will be some awkward moments and it won't flow as well.

*Position of Camera
-The position of camera is how the interview is being shot. When the camera is going back and forth between interviewer and the person you are trying to interview, it lets you focus more on directly what the persons saying and give a more professional interview style to it.
